Since December 2022, Saturday mornings at Bake Battle Roll CIC have become a gateway to magical realms, daring adventures, and endless imagination through our Kids’ Dungeons & Dragons sessions.
These games offer more than just fantasy and fun—they’re a powerful tool for growth. As young adventurers create characters, explore new worlds, and work together to overcome challenges, they’re also building essential real-world skills. Whether they’re negotiating with a goblin king or solving puzzles in a mystical cave, our players are developing:
- Maths skills through dice rolls, stats, and calculations
- Social confidence as they collaborate and roleplay with peers
- Problem-solving ability by navigating complex in-game dilemmas
- Turn-taking and patience as they learn to share the spotlight and listen to others’ ideas
